Nobody signs up. Everybody's already in.
RaidPresence turns raid attendance around. Every eligible member is on the roster the moment the raid is posted — players only touch it when they can't make it. You stop chasing sign-ups and start reading a roster that's true.

How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
-
01
/setuponceThe wizard asks for your raid channel, your archive channel, and which Discord roles count as raiders. One pass, per server.
-
02
Post the raid
Run
/raid createwith no options: a modal opens with the date and time already filled in for your server's timezone, then you pick the raiding roles and confirm the preview. Everyone in those roles lands on the roster — the slash options still work as a shortcut. -
03
Let people opt out
Three buttons on the embed — attending, running late, opt out. Silence counts as yes, and the roster sorts itself by class and spec.
What it does
-
01
Reverse sign-up
The roster starts full and only shrinks when someone says they can't come. The number you read at 19:00 is the number that walks in the door.
-
02
The whole raid lifecycle
Create, edit, clone, close, cancel, archive, search. Thirteen
/raidsubcommands cover an event from posting to archive without leaving Discord. -
03
Raid night that reposts itself
Set the night once and the next raid is up the moment the last one closes — same weekday, same local time through the clock change, roster rebuilt from whoever holds the role today. Close a one-off instead and the bot offers you next week on a button.
-
04
Attendance & reliability
Per-player history and a reliability score.
/stats attendancetells you who has actually shown up before you hand out the last DPS slot. -
05
Composition slots
Set your targets — two tanks, four healers, fourteen DPS — and the embed tracks against them.
/stats suggestnames what the comp is missing. -
06
Roles that follow the raid
Two raid groups, one character: healer in the first, DPS in the second. Preferences attach to the role, not the player — in English or German.
Commands
Five slash commands, fully documented.
Every subcommand, parameter and permission has a reference page — with worked examples and a troubleshooting section.

Not decided
A third tier for multi-group and multi-server guilds has been discussed, but it is neither built nor decided. The support server is where the scope gets argued about.
Have a sayFAQ
The questions raid leads actually ask.
Does it spam my members with pings?
No. Sign-up is silent — members are added to the roster without being messaged. The only ping is /raid remind, and only when you run it.
Which members get signed up?
Only the Discord roles you nominate — set server-wide in /setup, and overridable per raid in /raid create. Roster changed since? /raid refresh re-syncs every upcoming raid.
We run two raid groups. Does that work?
Yes. Character preferences attach to the role rather than the player, so the same main can be a healer in one group and DPS in the other. Running more than one team is a Premium feature.
What happens to old raids?
Closed raids move to your archive channel — manually, or automatically after the run. /raid search finds them again by name, player or date. Archive and search are Premium features.
What is free and what is paid?
The core platform is free. Premium is $4.99 per month and adds multiple teams, archive and search, full attendance history, analytics and opt-out reasons — and every new server is granted a free Premium trial.
What data do you keep?
The privacy policy documents every field stored, why, and how to have it removed. The bot's source is on GitHub under the CBSL-1.1 source-available licence.
Post your next raid with the roster already full.
Add the bot, run the wizard, create tonight's raid. If something's off, the support server answers.
